How quotes, fares and trips work. If your question isn't here, put it in the notes on the quote form.
- How does a quote work?
Send your trip on the quote form. We reply by email, or by text if you ask for it, with a flat fare for the whole trip.
A quote isn't a booking, and nothing is charged through this site.
- Is the fare per person?
No. Each fare is for the trip, one way, for your whole party. Gratuity isn't included.
For a round trip, we quote both legs.
- Can I book and pay online?
Not yet. Right now this site takes quote requests only. Nothing is booked or charged when you send one.
- What about out-of-state trips?
Out-of-state trips: contact us with your request. Tell us your trip and we'll reply about availability and a quote.
- How many people and bags fit?
The vehicle is a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited, all-wheel drive, leather seats, moonroof, seats up to 7 passengers.
Put your passenger count, checked bags, carry-ons and any skis, boards or bikes in your request, and we'll confirm the space before the trip.
- What do you need for an airport pickup?
Your airline, flight number and scheduled arrival time. Add them to the quote form so the pickup can be planned around your flight.
We'll confirm where to meet before the trip.
- What about winter roads?
Mountain trips take longer in winter. On Sun Valley and Ketchum runs, operators on that road plan for snow and chains from December through March.
Leave extra time before a flight. We set the pickup time with you.
- How far ahead should I send a request?
As early as you can. There's one car, so each date and time can only go to one party.
- Do you have child seats?
Tell us how many children need a seat and their ages. We'll confirm what we can provide, or you can bring your own.
- Can I bring a pet?
Ask in your request. Say what kind of pet and whether it rides in a carrier, and we'll let you know.
- How will you contact me?
By email, or by text if you pick text and tick the text message consent box on the form.
Texts are about your trip only. Reply STOP to end them.
- Where are you based?
Meridian, Idaho. Pickups across Boise, Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton, Boise Foothills, Hidden Springs, Mountain Home, Mountain Home Air Force Base, Sun Valley, Ketchum, McCall, Twin Falls, Pocatello and Ontario.
